Engage 42 -$300/6 week program

This 6 week group coaching lifestyle jumpstart program comes with transformation that you can see and feel. E42 is considered the FOUNDATION of every FITT chick’s process because it focuses on mindset change, habit creation, intentional prep and planning. E42 goes heavy on the coaching and accountability with a group of support that never stops cheering so that you’ll have everything you need to finally end the yo-yo game with your health to create stability with it instead.

Monthly subscription - $19.99/month

When you think about monthly subscription think of on-going progress and maintenance. Our membership program is ideal for someone who needs and enjoys having her exercise sessions laid out for her. Your monthly subscription provides a variety of workouts week after week and that travel with you everywhere through your OYF app. Occasional group challenges & virtual bootcamps keep things interesting.

1 on 1 online training-$300/month

Training that’s all about YOU! Your program will be designed week by week to get you closer to your ultimate goal; whatever that may be. This service goes beyond just fitness into personal nutrition, sleep habits, stress management to nurture every part of what effectives your health and state of being. Your personal FITT coach will guide you steer you through it all. This customized service comes with big results

Personalized meal plan

You know the saying; you can’t outwork a poor diet. If you’ve been sweating it out for some time but can’t seem to breakthrough, your consumption may just be your breaking point. Let our certified nutrition coaches create a plan that meets the demands of your specific schedule and goals so that you can own the results that you desire. Your nutrition plan can be updated each month based on your progress and can be designed to support a general, vegetarian or pescatarian diet.
